How to Get to Pangkor Laut Resort from Kuala Lumpur
There are two main ways to reach Pangkor Laut Resort:
- ✈️ By air (limited availability) + Small Boat
- 🚗 By land + ferry (most common)
✈️ Option 1: By Air + Small Boat (Fastest Route)
Travel time: Approx. 45 minutes
Regular flights will be suspended around 2011.
In 2018, the PKG airport runway was freely grown with weeds,
but from 2024, it will only fly when the minimum number of passengers is reached.
For domestic flights only Subang Airport ※It is different from K.L International Airport
Sultan Abdul Adis Shah (Subang Airport) : SZB ⇔ PKG (Pangkor Airport)

Transfer to a boat at Pasir Bogak - Boat ride to Pangkor Laut Resort (10–15 minutes)
After arriving at Pangkor Airport ➡ Call a TAXI ➡ (about 15 min.) ➡ Small ferry at the landing place of Pasir Bogak (small boat to Pangkor Lau Island)➡ (about 15 min.) ➡ Pankol Laut Resort
If there is no small ferry service, please negotiate with several boat shops in the Pasir Bogak area.
🚗 Option 2: By Land + Ferry (Recommended)
The route is basically the same as for Pangkor Island, but please note that ferries to Pangkor Island depart from two locations: Marina Island and Lumut Island, while ferries to Pangkor Laut Resort only depart from Marina Island.
