From the administrator to everyone

Due to its simplicity, Pangkor Island is a B-class island that requires a fair amount of time and information for tourists.
The amount of time that each person can devote to their holidays varies, so that can’t be helped, but I thought that if there was at least some information available, everyone could expand the ways in which they can enjoy their holidays, so I created this website.

Although this does not include all the information I have gathered over the 25 years I have been visiting Pangkor Island from Japan, with a total of approximately 50 months of stay,
I have included enough information on this site to give those who are visiting Pangkor Island for the first time a sense of deja vu, thinking, “Huh? Is this the 5th time I’ve been here?".
I hope that you will find this information useful when you are in trouble or confused.

Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the residents of Pangkor Island who welcomed me like family, even though I was just one of many Japanese tourists, and to the other Japanese tourists who kindly put up with my and my island friends’ meddling.
